Scholarship Recipients
Each year, Southwest Texas Optical is proud to recognize outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership, community involvement, and a commitment to their future goals. We are honored to support these exceptional individuals as they continue their educational journeys.
Ashley Estrada
Ashley Estrada, a graduate of C.C. Winn High School, was selected as a Southwest Texas Optical Scholarship recipient in recognition of her outstanding academic achievements, leadership, and dedication to personal growth.
Throughout her educational journey, Ashley excelled both inside and outside the classroom. She participated in cheerleading from her elementary school years through high school while also becoming actively involved in numerous academic programs. Her commitment to excellence earned her membership in the National Honor Society and recognition for her academic accomplishments.
Before graduating from high school, Ashley also earned an accelerated Associate Degree in Liberal Arts from Southwest Texas Junior College, demonstrating exceptional determination and a strong commitment to her future educational goals.
We are proud to have supported Ashley through our scholarship program and wish her continued success in all of her future endeavors.
Alexia Lizeth Reyes
Alexia Lizeth Reyes was named the 2026 Southwest Texas Optical Scholar based on her exceptional academic record, leadership experience, and involvement in school and community activities.
During her years at C.C. Winn High School, Alexia distinguished herself as a dedicated student and active participant in extracurricular programs. She served as a cheerleader, participated in volleyball and track and field, and held leadership roles in organizations including the National Honor Society, Interact Club, and Eagle Pass 4-H Club.
Alexia maintained outstanding academic performance throughout her education, earning multiple years of All Honor Roll status and Perfect Attendance recognition. Her involvement extended beyond the classroom through participation in livestock exhibitions and community events, demonstrating both responsibility and strong character.
Southwest Texas Optical is honored to recognize Alexia’s achievements and support her continued educational and professional aspirations through our scholarship program.
Scholarship Application
Students interested in applying for the Southwest Texas Optical Scholarship Program may complete the application form below. Please provide all requested information and upload any required supporting documents for consideration.
The application form includes fields for personal information, academic background, extracurricular activities, career goals, essay submission, transcripts, and recommendation letters.
Applications will be carefully reviewed, and we appreciate the time and effort each student puts into sharing their accomplishments and aspirations.
